We recently completed painting a new childcare centre at Pimpama, a colourful building that is sure to inspire young learning.
Check out some of the pictures below!
We had a blast restoring this beautiful building, below are a few pictures from throughout the project.
As you can see, the building has come a long way since we started working on it. You can also see some line marking we did.
Many painting companies (think well known names) unfortunately subcontract work to other painting companies, and this is not something you would necessarily notice, as subcontractors are asked to wear the uniform of the company that you engaged with.
Wilko Painting never subcontracts partial or entire painting jobs to other painting companies, which allows us to provide superior quality control. We believe in doing things right the first time – our painters don’t need to cut corners as they are paid by the hour, whereas subcontractors are paid a set amount and want to maximise their profits.
Wilko Painting, along with a few other painting companies, volunteered to help out Orange Sky Laundry with an external paint project on the weekend.
Orange Sky Laundry is a wonderful Brisbane based charity that offers a free mobile laundry and shower service for the homeless.
A big thank you to our painter Peter Schmidt, who gave up his Saturday to help out on the project. It was great to help out a charity that gives so much back to the Brisbane community.
We are happy to announce that Wilko Painting is now a proud member of the Porter’s Applicator’s Guild, meaning that we are endorsed by Porter’s Paints, who have specialised in handmade paints and specialty finishes since 1982.
We look forward to using more of their products in the future.
